Pen and Poem

I bought this painting at Smelt. It was done by Greg Lucas. He titled it "Pen and Poem," and it hangs in the entry of my apartment in Durham. I'm not exactly sure how to share poems on the web, but I'm hoping I can figure it out here. I've been writing poems for about fifty years. I have reams of poems that have (rightfully) never seen the light of day, but some of my poems have been making the scene since 2007. I've published a dozen or so, read some at public events, made a splash at the Shakori Hills Poetry Slam.

Here's hoping I can use this website as a delivery platform for my poems...
